The current state of school funding has all but eliminated focus and concern for aging school facilities. Now, more than ever, it is imperative that school leaders develop proactive strategies to assess and maintain healthy and productive school facilities to ensure that students and teachers achieve maximum potential in healthy, safe and comfortable learning environments that support current and future program goals. This session will enable participants to develop strategies to look beyond the focus on bricks and mortar of traditional long range facility planning and implement a comprehensive, holistic process that links educational facilities and program goals.
